Jeffery A. White, C.P.M., has over 25 years of purchasing experience in both the private and public sector. His experience includes supplier financial management, procurement compliance training, and purchasing policy/procedures for governmental agencies, manufacturing plants, service organizations, and hundreds of suppliers across the United States and Middle East. Mr. White is a former adjunct professor at Pennsylvania State University's Lancaster and Harrisburg campuses. He is currently a consultant/instructor with The George Washington University in Washington, DC, teaching courses in project management, subcontracting, and contracting areas.
