4-Phases to Success

  • This phase is critical to identify a client’s Procurement risk and deficiency that could impact business operations and company overhead costs. All Procurement elements will be reviewed, but not limited to, policy, procedures, cost and business systems, processes, file documentation and department staff.

  • In conjunction with our client, a CPSR Success Plan will be developed to address any potential deficiencies identified during Phase 1 - Risk Assessment. Corrective Actions will state the type of shortcomings identified, its remedy, and specific steps to move from problematic to desired.

  • A combined hands-on approach from our subject matter experts and client. This phase includes the initial Government Pre-CPSR Data Request, Pre-CPSR Kickoff Preparation and receipt of the clients Approval Letter. Our experts coordinate appropriate department resources, develop Procurement policy, and conduct target training for Management, Procurement Personnel, and Non-Procurement staff.

  • Ongoing Procurement solutions that will assist organizations in remaining CPSR Compliant. Prime Contractors must continually modify its policies, procedures, and mitigate risk to manage ever-changing Procurement environments.
